Joe's Planet Funastics is owned and operated by Jose and Brenda Mulero. Joe has been involved with gymnatics for over 15 years. He participated in gymnastics in middle and high school in New York. Joe's gymnastics team was the boy's state champions two years in a row. His favorite events were rings and floor.
After moving to South Carolina, Joe became involved with a local Northeast Columbia gymnastics center. He was the Assistant Boy's Director for over a year, then took over the Boy's Director Position as well as working with cheerleaders for more than four years. As our family began to grow, Joe took a short break from gymnastics to be able to spend more time with his new children. After a two year hiatus Joe had an opportunity to begin a mobile gymnastics business in 2001. He has been continuing to teach and grow ever since!!

Brenda Mulero became involved with gymnastics through Joe. She became a behind the scene sounding board for Joe while he was working with competitive gymnasts. When Joe and Brenda decided to go into the mobile gymnastics business, Brenda brought her business experience and became in charge of that side of the business. She also participated in training and began to teach part-time as well. She continues to enjoy doing both.
